To make the customers aware about the booking policies, defining general terms & conditions is important.

Travel Insurance
Thank you for choosing our travel package(s). By booking a trip through our system, you´re deemed to have agreed to its terms of use. Please read the following terms and procedures in order to make sure that you´ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip. All of the below mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our websites such as:

1. Pricing
Our policy assures you of an economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservation online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our system are charged on per person basis, and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport / visa fee, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.

2. Methods of Payment
We accept almost all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are entailed to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be showed as a charge on your statement.

3. Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail . Its print can be produced as an evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you’ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
â—¾ Every Tour Activity/Attraction/Hotel has its own cancellation policies, before booking any activity with Eros Africa; client has to read cancellation policy of that particular tour.
â—¾ Combo tours can be cancelled, but if anyone is cancelling any of the single tour in combo then they will not able to avail combo offer, In this case Eros Africa will consider Individual tour price of non-cancelled tour & Refund remaining amount.
â—¾ Tourist Visa fees is not Refundable once payment done at Eros Africa System.
â—¾ While booking combo please make sure that all combo tours options are available. If not, you would only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.
4.2 No Show
â—¾ If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures
Prior to making cancellation, we recommend you to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Eros Africa in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail, fax or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Eros Africa cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.

6. Itinerary Amendments
Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, airway schedules and such other several aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Eros Africa reserves complete right to implement minor amendments in itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be done in the event of visa cancelation or major calamity, such as flood and earthquake.

7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy
If we are not able to trace for you an accommodation in your preferred hotel, all efforts will be undertaken to provide you with a suitable alternative of similar budget and standard. Speaking of check-in / check-out policy, it largely depends on the hotel that you´ve chosen. Eros Africa cannot be held responsible for any early or late check-in and check-out requests which are not adhered by the hotel due to their busy schedule.

8. Travel Insurance
Eros Africa shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. It is advisable that the traveler should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant for a particular tour, including passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Website Usage Restrictions
All content in this website, including logo, images, information on tour package, pricing details, and other relevant details, are proprietary to Eros Africa. Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.
Let your customers know upfront how you are ethically going to use their personal information like name, email id, contact no. etc. & this information will remain confidential & safe with you.

At Eros Africa DMC, we respect our valued customer's privacy and ensure not to collect any information other than the information relevant to make booking with us. As such, we strive to take care of our customer’s right to privacy in connection with their interaction with our system. We collect your information mainly when you contact us to inquire us about our products and services or make a booking with us. This usually includes your name , contact details,email id,physical address,credit card or payment details,travel requisites and referral source. Upon the submission of information, you give consent to Eros Africa to use your information to process orders in an accurate and prompt manner.

2. Use of Information
Any personal information of a client obtained through this system will be utilized by Eros Africa to process his or her booking, verify credit card details, and provide relevant information associated with client’s travel or any other subsidiary services he or she would like to avail of. This information will also be used for auditing, research and activities focused to improve the performance of our website.

All information provided by our customers during online booking, such as their name,address,email id and credit card details is considered private, and will not be disclosed or sold to anyone except for certain suppliers or third parties whose involvement in the loop is fundamental for the successful processing of your order. But before disclosing your information, we make sure that these third parties abide by our privacy policy and adhere to strict safety measures.

4. Legal Disclosure of Information
We may disclose your information, if we feel that such disclosure is pertinent to protect our company’s rights and / or abide by a court order or a legal proceeding.

5. Non-Personal Information
Eros Africa consistently collects data from website, with the help of patterns via web logs and third party service providers. But this data is mostly deployed to evaluate the efficiency of our websites’ content and features.

6. Opt-Out
We provide options for visitors to our website to ‘opt-out’ of having their personal information used for certain purposes. For instance, if you don’t want to receive any marketing material by way of newsletter or promotional emails, you can choose to request us not to send advertising information from Eros Africa DMC or our affiliate websites.

7. Contests and Surveys
Eros Africa conducts contests, drawings and surveys every now and then. Some contents are organized in collaboration with a third party sponsor, and visitors to our websites will be informed at the time of the contest regarding the involvement of a particular third party and their extent of using your personal information. Since participating in these contests is voluntary, it’s solely at your discretion whether or not to partake in them and reveal your personal information.
