These terms govern your use of our website and the travel services provided by Eros Africa Ltd, based in Kenya. By booking a service or browsing our site, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and accepted the following conditions.
1. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All text, images, branding, and service information displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Eros Africa Ltd. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, redistributing, or exploiting any content for business, resale, or commercial purposes without written consent.
2. Understanding Our Pricing
All listed prices are calculated per person unless explicitly stated otherwise. Our prices do not include optional items such as tips, visa application fees, personal expenses, etc. Since rates may vary due to external influences—such as changes in airline tariffs or hotel charges—we reserve the right to update our pricing without notice.
3. Insurance Coverage
We strongly recommend getting a comprehensive travel insurance policy before departure. Eros Africa Ltd cannot be held liable for unforeseen events such as accidents, health issues, trip cancellations, or lost personal belongings during your journey.
4. Booking and Payment Terms
To confirm a reservation, full payment is required via credit or debit card. We support payments from major card providers, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your statement will reflect a transaction made to Eros Africa Ltd.
5. Booking Confirmation
After payment is completed, a confirmation notice will be emailed to you. This serves as your official receipt and must be presented when accessing your travel services. Kindly ensure that the details you enter during booking are accurate and up to date.
6. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements
All travelers must carry valid identification documents, including passports and any necessary visas. It is your responsibility to verify entry, health, or vaccination requirements by contacting the relevant embassy or consulate. Refunds will not be provided for trips missed due to insufficient documentation.
7. Changes to Itineraries
In rare instances, your travel plan may be altered due to factors like poor weather, safety concerns, or operational delays. In such cases, we’ll offer an equivalent service of similar value wherever possible. Please note that changes prompted by force majeure (e.g. natural disasters or civil unrest) are not refundable.
8. Accommodation Policy
If your selected hotel is unavailable, we’ll arrange accommodation of comparable class and quality. Check-in and check-out times depend on the policy of the respective hotel. Eros Africa Ltd cannot guarantee approval for early check-ins or late check-outs.
9. Cancellations and Missed Services
9.1 Cancellation Guidelines
Each travel service or activity is subject to its own cancellation rules. We encourage you to review these before confirming your reservation.
If you book a package with multiple services (a combo) and later cancel one, the remaining services will be recalculated at their standard rates.
Visa fees are non-refundable once processed.
If one or more tours in a package aren’t available, only the confirmed services will be delivered.
9.2 No-Shows
Failure to appear for a confirmed tour or service—without prior notice—will result in forfeiture of payment. No rescheduling or refund will be granted in such cases.
10. Cancellation Process
To cancel a booking, you must contact us in writing via email. Once we receive your request, we’ll acknowledge it with a cancellation notice and provide details regarding any applicable fees. We are not responsible for cancellation requests that we do not receive or confirm.
11. Export Restrictions and Legal Compliance
In accordance with Kenyan law: Eros Africa Ltd will NOT provide products or services to countries or individuals subject to sanctions by the The Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any similar authority.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
All matters relating to purchases, disputes, or claims will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising will be handled under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
